IBM Maximo Application Suite – Giai đoạn 1

Vào tháng 6/2025, Công ty CP Giải pháp CNTT Lộ Trình (Avenue JSC) đã triển khai thành công hệ thống IBM Maximo Application Suite cho Công ty TNHH Nhiệt điện Vũng Áng II (VAPCO), và chính thức đưa vào vận hành Giai đoạn 1. Dự án này đánh dấu một cột mốc công nghệ quan trọng, là dự án đầu tiên tại Việt Nam và Đông Nam Á triển khai phiên bản mới nhất Maximo Application Suite 9.x.

Áp dụng IBM MAS để quản lý tài sản và bảo trì bảo dưỡng thiết bị là bước tiến vượt bậc trong chiến lược chuyển đổi số của VAPCO, đặt nền móng vững chắc cho việc quản lý vận hành Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Vũng Áng II theo chuẩn quốc tế, ngay trước thời điểm tổ máy đầu tiên đi vào hoạt động thương mại.

Dự án đã thể hiện nỗ lực của cả hai đội ngũ khi hoàn thành Giai đoạn 1 chỉ trong vòng 4 tháng – một tốc độ triển khai ấn tượng đối với một hệ thống quy mô lớn và phức tạp.

💡 Điểm nổi bật của dự án:

  • Số hóa dữ liệu: toàn bộ 50.000 tài sản nhà máy theo cấu trúc phân cấp.
  • Số hóa quy trình bảo trì: từ yêu cầu công việc → PTW/LOTO → ghi nhận kết quả.
  • Tích hợp hệ thống tài chính kế toán SunSystems để theo dõi chi phí vận hành, doanh thu điện, khấu hao tài sản.
  • Quản lý vật tư & mua sắm: toàn bộ vòng đời vật tư, tồn kho và các hoạt động mua sắm.
