KICK-OFF DỰ ÁN BSR: CHUYỂN ĐỔI AVEVA PI FLEX & TRIỂN KHAI CBM, EWS
Vào tháng 6/2025, Avenue đã chính thức khởi động dự án chuyển đổi nền tảng AVEVA PI Flex và triển khai chức năng bảo dưỡng theo điều kiện (CBM), cảnh báo sớm (EWS) cho Công ty Cổ phần Lọc hóa dầu Bình Sơn (BSR).
Vào tháng 6/2025, Avenue đã chính thức khởi động dự án chuyển đổi nền tảng AVEVA PI Flex và triển khai chức năng bảo dưỡng theo điều kiện (CBM), cảnh báo sớm (EWS) cho Công ty Cổ phần Lọc hóa dầu Bình Sơn (BSR).
🎯 Dự án đánh dấu một bước tiến quan trọng trong hành trình chuyển đổi số tại BSR. Trước đó, Avenue đã đồng hành cùng BSR trong nhiều dự án nâng cấp và mở rộng hệ thống AVEVA PI, bao gồm cả việc tích hợp với Maximo. Lần này, việc chuyển đổi sang nền tảng bản quyền mới PI Flex không chỉ nâng cấp hạ tầng công nghệ, mà còn mở ra khả năng khai thác dữ liệu thời gian thực hiệu quả hơn, phục vụ cho vận hành và bảo dưỡng thông minh.
💡 Điểm nổi bật của dự án:
- Chuyển đổi sang license PI Flex – Avenue là đối tác đầu tiên của AVEVA triển khai PI Flex tại Việt Nam.
- Tích hợp chức năng CBM & EWS giúp phát hiện sớm dấu hiệu bất thường, cảnh báo nguy cơ hư hỏng và hỗ trợ ra quyết định bảo trì kịp thời.
- Triển khai mô hình giám sát hiệu suất thiết bị (OEE) và tích hợp với IBM Maximo EAM để tự động hóa tạo yêu cầu công việc (WO) khi có cảnh báo.
- Xây dựng dashboard trực quan hiển thị toàn diện các chỉ số CBM, EWS, OEE trên nền tảng PI Vision.
- Đào tạo nhân sự BSR làm chủ hệ thống và phát triển thêm các mô hình giám sát trong tương lai.
