Operation Logbook and equipment parameters are often stored in a library/archive room without a professional librarian, which leads to many potential risks:
Operators borrow them for reference but forget to return them, leading to information loss.
Storing paper logbooks for long periods (2-3 years, depending on the department) can lead to mold, moisture, or physical damage
STATISTICAL
Not only is the search process time-consuming, but it can also take from half a day to a full working day just to find a single operation Logbook or equipment parameter file in the archive.
Furthermore, preparing statistical or trend analysis reports requires an operator to spend two to three solid weeks re-entering 3-6 months of operational data, as these reports need a large dataset to be effective.
Abnormal Warning
If a parameter’s value exceeds the predefined limits, the program will notify the user. This includes both ‘Warning’ and ‘Error’ thresholds. The system will also automatically advance to the next parameter.
Beyond in-app alerts, the system can be extended to integrate with SMS gateways and maintenance management systems to automatically generate work orders.
