Previously, Avenue has supported BSR in several PI upgrade projects and expanded the AVEVA PI system, including integration of PI with IBM Maximo. This transition to the new PI Flex license not only enhances the technological infrastructure, but also enables more effective real-time data utilization for smarter operations and maintenance.

💡 Key highlights of the project:

• Transition to PI Flex license – Avenue is the first AVEVA partner in Vietnam to deploy PI Flex.
• Integration of CBM & EWS functions to detect anomalies early, issue timely alerts, and support proactive maintenance decisions.
• Implementation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) monitoring, with integration to IBM Maximo EAM to automatically generate Work Orders (WO) based on alerts.
• Development of intuitive dashboards to visualize comprehensive CBM, EWS, and OEE indicators via the PI Vision platform.
• Training BSR users to master the system and expand monitoring models in future.
