Avenue khởi động dự án WMS & RFID cho DVK tại kho Đông Xuyên
Ngày 24/6/2025 Avenue đã tiến hành Kick-off Dự án WMS & RFID cho Công ty CP Dịch vụ Khí (DVK) tại kho Đông Xuyên – từng bước hiện thực hóa chiến lược số hóa toàn diện công tác quản lý vật tư. DVK là đơn vị thành viên của Tổng Công ty Khí Việt Nam (PV GAS), chuyên cung cấp dịch vụ kỹ thuật và bảo dưỡng cho các công trình khí.
Từ năm 2017, DVK đã triển khai phần mềm eCAT – Chuẩn hóa mã vật tư kho do Avenue thực hiện, đặt nền tảng cho việc xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu vật tư thống nhất và chính xác. Đến nay hệ thống kho đã được chuẩn hóa và vận hành ổn định, DVK tiếp tục bước sang giai đoạn tiếp theo trong lộ trình số hóa quản lý vật tư với dự án triển khai phần mềm Quản lý kho thông minh WMS kết hợp công nghệ RFID. Giải pháp này được kỳ vọng sẽ nâng cao độ chính xác, đẩy nhanh tốc độ trong toàn bộ chu trình nhập – xuất – kiểm kê, giúp số hóa hiệu quả các quy trình quản lý kho, đồng bộ với công tác bảo trì thiết bị trên toàn hệ thống.
📌 Mục tiêu dự án:
✅ Tự động hóa kiểm kê bằng công nghệ RFID
✅ Quản lý vị trí vật tư chính xác, tra cứu nhanh chóng
✅ Giảm thiểu thời gian xuất/nhập kho, kiểm kê, luân chuyển
✅ Tích hợp trực tiếp với hệ thống IBM Maximo để đồng bộ dữ liệu kho – bảo trì
✅ Quản lý tồn kho chủ động và cảnh báo thông minh
Dự án dự kiến go-live vào đầu tháng 12/2025 và là bước đi quan trọng trong lộ trình chuyển đổi số của DVK. Sau khi hoàn tất triển khai hệ thống WMS tại kho Đông Xuyên, DVK sẽ tiếp tục triển khai mở rộng cho các kho Cà Mau, Thái Bình, Hải Phòng, và Dung Quất, để đồng bộ toàn bộ hệ thống quản lý vật tư của tất cả các kho DVK trên toàn quốc.
