Từ ngày 23 đến 27/6/2025, Avenue JSC đã tổ chức thành công chương trình đào tạo IBM Maximo cho người dùng tại Công ty TNHH MTV Đường sắt đô thị số 1 TP.HCM (HURC) – đơn vị chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, vận hành và bảo trì tuyến Metro số 1 (Bến Thành – Suối Tiên), tuyến Metro đầu tiên của TP.HCM.

📌 Hệ thống Maximo được triển khai bởi nhà thầu EPC là Hitachi trong giai đoạn dự án. Ở giai đoạn vận hành, Avenue là đơn vị có bề dày kinh nghiệm triển khai hơn 200 dự án Maximo tại Việt Nam và quốc tế – đã làm việc HURC, và chương trình đào tạo lần này là bước khởi đầu cho quá trình hợp tác giữa hai bên.

🎯 Mục tiêu của khóa đào tạo
– Hỗ trợ các phòng ban gồm Xí nghiệp bảo dưỡng, Kế hoạch Tài chính, Hành chính, Kỹ thuật An toàn và Vận hành nắm vững nghiệp vụ và thao tác sử dụng hệ thống Maximo trong công việc hằng ngày.
– Đồng thời, khóa đào tạo giúp chuẩn hóa quy trình quản lý bảo trì và tài sản theo chuẩn quốc tế, tạo nền tảng vững chắc cho kế hoạch nâng cấp hệ thống cũng như mở rộng tích hợp với các giải pháp khác trong tương lai.

💡 Trong ngày đào tạo cuối, Avenue đã giới thiệu phiên bản mới IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) – nền tảng Quản lý hiệu suất tài sản (APM), tích hợp AI, IoT, hỗ trợ bảo trì dự đoán, giám sát tài sản theo thời gian thực và phân tích dữ liệu nâng cao.

👉 Trên cơ sở đó, trong thời gian sắp tới hai bên sẽ lên kế hoạch xúc tiến kế hoạch nâng cấp hệ thống Maximo hiện tại lên phiên bản mới nhất – Maximo Application Suite (MAS) cho HURC, đồng thời tích hợp hệ thống BIM & GIS, mở rộng ứng dụng AI và IoT trong quản lý vận hành tuyến Metro số 1.

Avenue rất tự hào được đồng hành cùng HURC trên hành trình chuyển đổi số ngành đường sắt đô thị Việt Nam.
