Project Kickoff – AVEVA PI Data Infrastructure for Ajinomoto Vietnam
Avenue is honored to officially kick off the AVEVA PI Data Infrastructure implementation project for Ajinomoto Vietnam at Bien Hoa Plant – marking our first PI System deployment in F&B industry.
This project, executed in collaboration with Yokogawa, aims to build a robust reall-time data infrastructure that connects production systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA) with enterprise analytics.
The PI Data Infrastructure will enable Ajinomoto Vietnam to
Collect and visualize real-time plant data
Enhance production efficiency and product quality
Lay the foundation for data-driven operations and digital transformation
The project scope includes AF structure, PI Vision dashboards, and user training — paving the way for a scalable digital manufacturing platform.
