Avenue JSC Successfully Completes Pilot Implementation of IBM MAS & AVEVA PI System on AWS for PVFCCo
Avenue JSC, along with its strategic partners IBM, Aveva, AWS, has finalized the project: “Pilot Implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) & AVEVA PI System on AWS ROSA/EC2 Infrastructure for PVFCCo.”
The project was conducted to meet PVFCCo’s objective of evaluating and testing an integrated solution between Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Performance Management (APM)/Operational Technology (OT) Data System on a cloud computing platform.
The implementation focused on configuring and integrating the two core systems on the AWS infrastructure, adhering to detailed business requirements:
Asset Management
Location hierarchy, asset registration, materials/items, classification, failure codes
Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Job Plans
PM scheduling, defining resources and costs
Inventory & Materials Management
Storeroom management, item-asset mapping, inventory setup (Min-Max, Reorder Point)
Work Order Tracking
Creating and managing WOs (PM & CM), recording costs, approval workflows
Maximo Mobile
Setup and operation of functions (Assets, WOs, Inventory, Inspection Forms) on mobile devices
Data Collection
Connecting sample data (pump), pilot connection to PostgreSQL
Asset Framework (AF)
Building an AF structure synchronized with Maximo, standardizing Templates, Digital Twin modeling
Analysis & Alerts
Configuring AF Analysis, Event Frames, PI Notifications, simulating CMMS integration
Dashboard (PI Vision)
Building one (01) dashboard to display real-time data, alerts, and equipment status

Deploying MAS on AWS ROSA
Deploying PI System on AWS EC2

Project Value
The project confirms the feasibility and effectiveness of concurrently deploying 𝐈𝐁𝐌 𝐌𝐀𝐒 and 𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐕𝐀 𝐏𝐈 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 on the 𝐀𝐖𝐒 cloud platform (ROSA/EC2) to serve PVFCCo’s operations.
𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐉𝐒𝐂 – an 𝐈𝐁𝐌 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 & Partner of 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐯𝐚, 𝐀𝐖𝐒 – has demonstrated its capability in implementing complex integrated EAM/APM (IT/OT) solutions, which require expertise across multiple technology platforms.
