IBM has already withdrawn support for earlier versions of Maximo up to version 6.1 and Maximo 6.2 reached End of Support (EOS) on 30 September 2013. This means that fixes, patches, and telephone support are now no longer provided by IBM for all versions of Maximo V6.x. The EOS for Maximo version 7.1 will also be effective from 30 April 2015. All Maximo customers who are currently up-to-date on IBM Subscription and Support are entitled to upgrade to the latest release, V7.6, which includes many product enhancements and a vast range of add-ons and industry solutions.
