Business Need:

Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. needed an asset management system to manage information on thousands of pieces of equipment at its Dung Quat refinery. In addition, the organization needed a view of all maintenance activities that cover the entire plant while strictly following its maintenance philosophy.
